Alfalfa Sprouting Seeds.

Directions: Place 1 to 2 tbsp. seeds in wide mouth jar. Cover with mesh and secure with rubber band. Add water, swirl and drain. Add 1 cup cool water and soak for 4 to 8 hours. Drain. Rinse twice a day, refill jar with cool water, swirl and drain. Invert jar and prop at an angle in a sink or bowl. Ready in 5 to 6 days. Refrigerate to store.

Barley Grass Sprouting Seeds.

Directions: Soak seeds in water for 4 to 8 hours. Spread two layers deep in the bottom of a sprouting tray with the drainage holes. Rinse or mist twice a day, carefully at first so you don't disturb the seed until the roots catch onto the tray. Cover between rinses. For darker green leaves cover with clear plastic. Ready to cut and juice in 9 to 12 days.

Wheatgrass Sprouting Seeds.

Directions: Place 3 to 5 tbsp. seeds in wide mouth jar. Cover with mesh and secure with rubber band. Add water, swirl and drain. Add 1 cup cool water and soak about 6 hours. Rinse twice a day, refill jar with cool water, swirl and drain. Invert jar and prop at an angle in a sink or bowl. Ready in 2 to 3 days. Refrigerate to store.

Red Clover Sprouting Seeds.

Directions: Place 1 to 2 tbsp. seeds in a wide mouth jar. Cover with mesh and secure with rubber band. Add water, swirl and drain. Add 1 cup of cool water and soak for 4 to 8 hours. Drain. Rinse twice a day, refill jar with cool water, swirl and drain. Invert jar and prop at an angle in a sink or bowl. Ready in 5 to 6 days. Refrigerate to store.

Buckwheat Sprouting Seeds.

Directions: Rinse the seeds. Soak seeds in water for 4 to 8 hours. Drain. Spread two or three layers deep in the bottom of a sprouting tray. Twice a day, rinse or spray mist thoroughly. Keep covered; condensation formed helps the hulls fall off. For greener leaves, cover with plastic bag and expose to bright indirect sunlight for the last day or two. Ready in 10 to 12 days.

Mung Bean Sprouting Seeds.

Directions: Place 3 to 5 tbsp. seeds in wide mouth jar. Cover with mesh and secure with a rubber band. Add water, swirl and drain. Add 1 cup warm water and soak for 4 to 8 hours. Drain. Rinse 2 to 4 times a day, refill jar with cool water, swirl and drain. Invert jar and prop at an angle in a bowl or sink. Ready in 2 to 5 days. Refrigerate to store. Grow Mung Bean Sprouts in the dark, light can cause bitterness.

Salad Sprouting Seed Blend.

Directions: Place 1 to 2 tbsp. seeds in a wide mouth jar. Cover with mesh and secure with rubber band. Add water, swirl and drain. Add 1 cup cool water and soak for 4 to 8 hours. Drain. Rinse twice a day, refill jar with cool water, swirl and drain. Invert jar and prop at an angle in a sink or bowl. Ready in 4 to 6 days. Refrigerate to store.
